This restaurant is a hidden gem tucked away in a strip mall. We had passed this area several times but never noticed the restaurant. Fortunately a web search for Indian restaurants in Alpharetta directed us to its website and the rest is history!
As I mentioned before, I’ve always been very skeptical about trying new Indian restaurants in Atlanta or anywhere in the US for that matter because we always leave disappointed and the food always tastes bland.
All I can say now is that this is one of the first Indian restaurants that we have visited that has superior quality at an affordable price. Tagged – a South Indian restaurant, MC is all that and more. They serve the best North Indian delicacies in Atlanta and you can expect the same authentic deliciousness in every dish any time you visit.
The interior is very spacious and inviting. It has a modern touch to it that instantly makes you feel like you’re going to have a pleasant experience. The staff is very courteous and prompt and service is impeccable!
MC has an extensive menu ranging from dosas to north Indian curries. My favorites are :
- Masala cheese dosa
- Butter Chicken
- Chicken Chettinaad ( If you like lamb they have the lamb
chettinaad as well).
I highly recommend the butter chicken because it is finger-licking, lip-smacking GOOD!
If I haven’t convinced you yet, I’ll let some of the pictures do the talking!
This place is a safe bet for Indian food lovers so go ahead and check it out!
The Verdict: *****/5
